FEEDBACK
All available data on the Feedback tab displays when accessing the IVANS button from your Management System. Previously, the Feedback tab was blank when accessed via Single Sign On from your Management System.
If you created your IVANS Exchange account using the self-registration page, when you update a Mailbox password for your account via Agency Profile > Mailbox Setup, the mailbox password is retained. Previously, if you created your account and had IVANS Transfer Manager 2017 installed, support assistance was required to reset your account password.

The Resend Transactions search criterion of Match Type requires a minimum of four characters when you opt to search by Anywhere or Start of Policy or Claim#. Previously, only one character was required. If fewer than four characters are entered, the following message displays after clicking Search: Please enter a policy number or claim number of at least (4) characters and click the Search button.

Feature Description: Feedback tab
To improve communication with your carriers and enable you to quickly view reported issues, your updates to the Connection Report and your carriers’ feedback displays on the new Feedback tab. The Feedback tab consists of the following:
· The Feedback list displays connections that have your feedback applied to them. This list allows your agency to view which communication is currently being responded to by your carrier partners. Each row in the list also contains a Carrier Name link that displays the carrier's Interface Contacts and Contact’s Notes when clicked, in addition to Line of Business, Feedback Date, and an indicator of Carrier response.
· The Actions Panel is a text filter that accompanies the Feedback list— it allows you to filter any text within the list.
· Use the Agency Feedback Category radio button options to filter the Feedback list to display only the connections with the selected type of agency feedback. The All filter causes connections with any type of agency feedback to display.
· The Feedback Types legend presents the options visible to the Carrier in the Carrier Feedback table. To display help text, hover over any of the Feedback Type icons.
Carrier feedback is also included in your weekly Connections Report notifications email. Once the Connection Report notifications is sent, any resolved status is updated to its base status.
To access the Feedback tab, you will need the Connection Feedback – View permission, which allows you to view Feedback tab and its data.
Additionally, the Export dropdown menu that displays on the Feedback tab allows you to download the Feedback report, and if you have permission to view the Connections tab, you can also download the Connections & Feedbackreport as a single spreadsheet. Similarly, the Export dropdown menu that displays on Connections tab allows you to download the Connections report, and if you have permission to view the Feedback tab, you can also download the Connections & Feedback report as a single spreadsheet.
Feature Description: Configured indicators added
To provide further clarity regarding the status of configuring available downloads, you can now indicate if your system has been set up to support an Available download by marking it as AMS Configured (SC) in the ConnectionsReport on the Connections tab. Carriers can also indicate if a requested line of business has been set up in their system by using the Carrier Configured (CC) option. If both the agency and the carrier mark a line of business as configured, it displays as Configured (C ), to indicate that the download has been configured on both ends. AMS Configured (SC), Configured (C), as well as Carrier Configured (CC) will display in the Feedback list on the Feedbacktab and will be noted in your weekly Connections Report notifications email, and the Available Connections portion of the pie chart on the Dashboard tab will include lines of business indicated as AMS Configured (SC).
Feature Description: Not Appointed for Writing LOB indicator
To enable you to customize your Connections report to be more reflective of your agency’s business relationship with your carriers, the option Not Appointed for Writing (NP) is available for selection on the Connections Report. Not Appointed for Writing can be applied to a particular line of business, and it is a valid selection for both blank connections, and connections denoted as Available.
Feature Description: Resend Transaction support extended to Claims and eDocs
To allow you to easily retrieve single transactions of Claims and eDocs from your mailbox, the Single Policy Resend functionality is now extended to Claims and eDocs.
In accordance with this capability, the following changes have been made: within the ECS Mailbox dropdown menu, the Resend Policy/Claims option is now Resend Transactions, as is the section that displays when that menu option is chosen. On the Resend Transactions screen, Claims and eDocs have been added to File Type(s), Start of Policy or Claim is now available as a radio button option for Match Type, and a new column, Download Type has been added to the results list. Additionally, the warning message for the transactions that displays in red has been changed to We are unable to determine the latest version of the transactions that display in red. Note that resending these transactions could cause duplicates in your system.
Register Here link on the login page is now for both users who do not know their Y-Account information as well as those who already know their Y-Account info but still need to register.
On the Mailbox Setup tab within the Company / Carrier profile, the Change Mailbox Password link no longer displays for users who do not have rights to change mailbox passwords. Previously, the link displayed but was unresponsive for users without the appropriate rights.
When editing a user’s phone number on the Users tab, a separate Extension field is now available so that both Phone Number and Extension are saved to the user’s profile. Previously, the Extension field was blank on the user’s profile.
